About the programme
Our latest flagship programme is a business-first programme, using a journey-mapping approach to identify opportunities, challenges and information gaps through the lens of impact categories such as emissions, waste, pollution etc.
This approach addresses the challenges of being more sustainable while taking into account the realities of running a business and market forces.
What you will get at the end of 6 months is:
A Sustainability Road Map for your organisation
Values to Behaviour Board - a people-culture tool to align your team(s) to strategic goals, visions and their behaviour
KPQs and KPIs - a performance review tool that aligns strategy to individual roles and indicators
Business Value-Chain to optimise business performance and sustainability outcomes - this tool is also used as an internal communication tool for onboarding

“I learnt a lot and feel like I know what I need to do to start instigating meaningful change at work.
This means a lot to me because before this, I had no idea how to get buy-in from everyone else, and so I felt that my efforts would not be effective, and I don’t feel that way anymore."
