Our latest flagship programme is a business-first programme, using a journey-mapping approach to identify opportunities, challenges and information gaps through the lens of impact categories such as emissions, waste, pollution etc. This approach addresses the challenges of being more sustainable while taking into account the realities of running a business and market forces.


 

What you will get at the end of 6 months is:

  1. A Sustainability Road Map for your organisation

  2. Values to Behaviour Board - a people-culture tool to align your team(s) to strategic goals, visions and their behaviour

  3. KPQs and KPIs - a performance review tool that aligns strategy to individual roles and indicators

  4. Business Value-Chain to optimise business performance and sustainability outcomes - this tool is also used as an internal communication tool for onboarding

  5. Ongoing insights and content


What’s included?

  • 8 half-day skills development workshops

  • 5 group-coaching (Mastermind) sessions

  • 2 x 90 minute one-on-one consulting sessions

  • Up to 3 placements for the accelerator- ideally decision-makers

About Your Trainer

Mr. G - Galeno Chua

Mr. G is a Strategist, Sustainability Consultant, Business Coach and Entrepreneur with over 15 years international experience in both corporate and development sectors.

His first principles approach to business and behaviour change has helped brands such as Under Armour launch in Cambodia, to the digitalisation of 1,000 MSMEs in collaboration with Ausaid and the UNDP.

More recently, his sustainable business approach has won him the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation's Green Business Awards in Cambodia and has helped New Zealand council-owned entities improve their waste to landfill outcomes by over 300% with less expenditure spent.

He has a strong belief that empathetic dialogue and design are key life skills to both personal and professional success, and is currently on a mission to solve real world issues through empathy, entrepreneurship and principled leadership.
