About the programme

Our latest flagship programme is a business-first programme, using a journey-mapping approach to identify opportunities, challenges and information gaps through the lens of impact categories such as emissions, waste, pollution etc.

This approach addresses the challenges of being more sustainable while taking into account the realities of running a business and market forces.

1. A Sustainability Road Map for your organisation

2. Values to Behaviour Board - a people-culture tool to align your team(s) to strategic goals, visions and their behaviour

3. KPQs and KPIs - a performance review tool that aligns strategy to individual roles and indicators

4. Business Value-Chain to optimise business performance and sustainability outcomes - this tool is also used as an internal communication tool for onboarding

About The Trainer

Mr. G is a Strategist, Sustainability Consultant, Business Coach and Entrepreneur with over 15 years international experience in both corporate and development sectors.
